Riverbend Greenroofs, LLC SMS/MMS Terms of Service Effective Date: 02/16/2026

1. Scope These Terms govern your receipt of SMS/MMS messages (collectively, “Messages”) from Riverbend Greenroofs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) to the mobile phone number you provide (“you,” “Subscriber”). By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Riverbend Greenroofs, LLC harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
7. Modifications & Termination We may modify or discontinue the messaging service, or these Terms, at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes where required. We may suspend or terminate any subscriber’s access for noncompliance or at our discretion.
8. Recordkeeping & Audits We retain message logs and consent records as required by law and industry standards. We may audit accounts for compliance and retain records for regulatory inquiries.
